Go to Properties and find the Property that you are interested in.
On the screen is a Book Now “property name” form.
After you have search your dates are available for the property you want to rent.

Cancellation Policy
a. Securing a reservation with your payment means you accept the terms and conditions of our Cancellation Policy.
b. Cancellations made more than 60 days from check-in date will receive a full refund of the amount paid or the option of a credit, which is valid for one year from cancellation date.
c. Cancellations made less than 60 days from the check-in date will forfeit the full amount paid.
d. All refunds are payable in the manner that they were made. If you paid by Check we will send you a Check by mail, if you paid by credit card we will refund it to the same credit card. We do not issue refunds by bank transfer at this time.
e. We do not issue refunds or credits for flight cancellations, due to any circumstances. Please take out Travel Insurance to protect against flight cancellations.
f. Any changes to your reservation must be received no less than 60 days prior to your original arrival date via email and/or phone, and changes are subject to availability. If there is no availability, a credit will be issued. There are no refunds or credits issued for reservation changes within 60 days of the arrival date that reduce the number of nights stayed.
g. There are no refunds or credits issued for early checkouts.
h. There are no refunds or credits issued due to bad weather, tropical storms or hurricanes; including any inconvenience or complication caused by a hurricane’s direct hit, near miss, or significant threat of a hurricane strike. Hurricanes are unpredictable by nature. Please take out Travel Insurance to protect against these types of unforeseen events.
i. We recommend that all of our guests purchase Travel Insurance, which is generally inexpensive, but can really save a lot of emotional distress.Travel Insurance may pay for unforeseen events that might happen during your stay, it may cover Medical expenses, Evacuation expenses, Trip cancellation costs and so on. Ask your Travel agent, credit card company or you can purchase it yourself through your preferred travel insurance provider.

Call Jim Fisher at 630-373-7508 the day before you are to arrive to give us a time frame of when to expect you at Paradise Lakes.
When you arrive at Paradise Lakes go in through lane “C” (right-most entrance lane, follow the red painted stripe) and use the intercom to call the code we provided you when you called. We will open the gate and you will go through the gate and after the right turn on the road you will park on the grass parking area and call Jim Fisher at 630-373-7508
We will meet you at your car and take you to your rental unit.
The price per night you are paying includes your condo rental for the length of your stay ONLY.
Access and/or Membership to the Clubhouse, Restaurant, Pool or any other Paradise Lakes Resort amenities are NOT included in the price of booking.

You can purchase access and/or membership to all of the Paradise Lakes Resort amenities by visiting the clubhouse office when you arrive at Paradise Lakes Resort.
