How do I Book a Rental Property?

Go to Properties and find the Property that you are interested in.

On the screen is a Book Now “property name” form.

  1. Fill out the check-in date
  2. Fill out the check-out date
  3. Fill the amount of Guest staying in the property
  4. Submit by clicking the Search button
  5. The property price details and price breakdown will show on this screen
  6. Click “Book now!” to reserve this rental property
  7. Enter your personal details and Credit Card Number
  8. Agree to the Terms and Conditions
  9. Click “Book now!” to charge your credit card and reserve your room
  10. You will receive an email with your reservation details.
  11. That’s it. Nothing else to do but wait for your date to arrive.
How do I Pay For My Reservation?

After you have search your dates are available for the property you want to rent.

  1. Click “Book now!”
  2. Fill out your personal details
  3. Verify the reservation dates and total price
  4. Enter your credit card details
  5. Agree to the terms and conditions
  6. Click “Book now!” to charge your credit card and reserve your room
  7. You will receive an email with your reservation details.
  8. That’s it. You are all done.
What if I want to pay by check or cash?

Call Jim Fisher at +1-630-373-7508 or +1-800-808-8408 to make alternate arrangement for payment.

Can I cancel my reservation?

Cancellation Policy
a. Securing a reservation with your payment means you accept the terms and conditions of our Cancellation Policy.
b. Cancellations made more than 60 days from check-in date will receive a full refund of the amount paid or the option of a credit, which is valid for one year from cancellation date.
c. Cancellations made less than 60 days from the check-in date will forfeit the full amount paid.
d. All refunds are payable in the manner that they were made. If you paid by Check we will send you a Check by mail, if you paid by credit card we will refund it to the same credit card. We do not issue refunds by bank transfer at this time.
e. We do not issue refunds or credits for flight cancellations, due to any circumstances. Please take out Travel Insurance to protect against flight cancellations.
f. Any changes to your reservation must be received no less than 60 days prior to your original arrival date via email and/or phone, and changes are subject to availability. If there is no availability, a credit will be issued. There are no refunds or credits issued for reservation changes within 60 days of the arrival date that reduce the number of nights stayed.
g. There are no refunds or credits issued for early checkouts.
h. There are no refunds or credits issued due to bad weather, tropical storms or hurricanes; including any inconvenience or complication caused by a hurricane’s direct hit, near miss, or significant threat of a hurricane strike. Hurricanes are unpredictable by nature. Please take out Travel Insurance to protect against these types of unforeseen events.
i. We recommend that all of our guests purchase Travel Insurance, which is generally inexpensive, but can really save a lot of emotional distress.Travel Insurance may pay for unforeseen events that might happen during your stay, it may cover Medical expenses, Evacuation expenses, Trip cancellation costs and so on. Ask your Travel agent, credit card company or you can purchase it yourself through your preferred travel insurance provider.

How do I cancel my reservation?

Call Jim Fisher at +1-630-373-7508 or +1-800-808-8408 or send email to info@plvrs.com to cancel your reservation.

You can only cancel your reservation if you meet our cancellation policy.

How do I check-in to my rental property?

Call Jim Fisher at +1-630-373-7508 or +1-800-808-8408 the day before you are to arrive to give us a time frame of when to expect you to arrive.

When you arrive at Paradise Lakes Resort go in through lane “B” and use the intercom to call the Clubhouse and tell them that you are here to check-in to a Jim and Mary Fisher rental unit. They will open the gate and you will go through the gate and after the right turn on the road you will park on the grass parking area and call Jim Fisher at +1-630-373-7508

We will meet you at your car and take you to your rental unit.
